Airport
greeter service available for gate greets at Airport $45.00

sedan/town car airport service between the hours of 12:00 am and
5:00 am please add an additional $15.00

limo airport service between the hours of 12:00 am and 5:00 am
please add an additional $15.00

Cellular
telephone charges are $2.00 per minute plus $2.00 per call for USA
calls.

International
calls are $3.00 per minute plus $3.00 per call.

A fuel charge applies to base fare all services.

Hourly
rate begins when the car leaves the garage and ends upon its return
to the garage.

Reservations
must be cancelled 24 hours in advance.
- Van reservations must be cancelled 72 hours in advance or the full
fare + 20% service charge.
- Stretch
limousines have a five (5) hour minimum
- Sedan
hourly rates have a (3) hour minimum
- Stretch
Limousine & Coaches have a (1) week cancellation policy. Cancellations
within (1) week will be charged the full fare + 20% service
charge
- All
rates do not include 20% service charge.
- In the event Washington Chauffeur is unable to provide one of its employee drivers for your ride, Washington Chauffeur may contract with a qualified affiliated company to provide the service. In that event, a referral fee will be charged in lieu of a service charge. In such instances, Washington Chauffeur will strive to ensure that the driver receives appropriate compensation for providing the service. Billing:
Rides
are billed to the customers credit card. Washington Chauffeur accepts
the following:
American Express
Diners Club
Discover Card
Mastercard
Visa
A 20% service
charge based on the fare, stop time & wait time will be itemized
on the invoice statement; 20% service charge on limousines & buses
The following out-of-pocket
charges will be itemized on the invoice statement.
- Two-Way Tolls
- Parking
- Airport Fees
Other out-of-pocket charges may include cell phone usage
Wait
Time:
For
all point-to-point reservations, wait time will be charged at $6.00
per five (5) minute increment once the grace period has elapsed.
Grace period is defined as five (5) minutes beyond the scheduled
pick up time.
A (30) minute grace period is allowed following the reported domestic flight
time arrival time.
A (60) minute grace period is allowed following the reported international
flight arrival time.
Bus schedules cannot be monitored therefore, billings begins at the scheduled
pick up time.
Cancellations
and No Show Fees:
Cancellations
within 24 hours will result in a full charge equal to the cost of
the trip plus the service charge.
A
no show fee equal to the trip plus service fee plus applicable
wait time will be charged when the passenger fails to show at the
designated location. If you cannot locate your driver, call 1-866-570-LIMO (5466) to
avoid a no show fee.
Holidays:
A
$ 25.00 holiday surcharge will be charged on all trips occurring
on:
Fourth
of July
Labor Day
Thanksgiving Day
Christmas
Easter Sunday
Presidents Day
New Year's Day
Events Services (Limousines, Vans, Minibuses, Motorcoaches):
All Event Services vehicle types will be billed at
the prevailing Washington Chauffeur hourly rate. Customers are billed from
the time personnel and/or vehicles leave the Washington Chauffeur facility
until the time it returns to the Washington Chauffeur facility. All Reservations
that are billed on an hourly basis, will be billed a minimum of thirty
minutes travel time each way plus the time the passenger is in the
vehicle. Fractions of an hour are rounded to next half-hour.
